Dear Friends,

First off I would like to welcome you to my campaign website and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my campaign to be your next State Representative.

We are in a delicate position at this time in our state and country. We have high unemployment and families are struggling to pay bills and keep their children fed and clothed. We also have the Federal government trying to take more and more of our rights away; rights promised to us in the Constitution, in the 9th and 10th amendments. I fear that if something is not done, and fast, the country we live in today will not be the one our children and grandchildren will find themselves in.

That's what my campaign is about, representing the common person of District 80. I am proud to say I am just like many of you. I am a full-time college student who works a part-time job to help pay for it. I attend church every week at and I love spending time with my friends and family. I am also an outsider of the political process, I have never held an elective office before, nor have I ever been appointed to hold an office in Little Rock, this means I do not owe any favors to any people besides the people of District 80 who send me to Little Rock.

Many politicians forget that they serve by the will of the people, that the people are their boss. I vow to never forget. I am also not a candidate who can use my own resources to run in this election, which means I must rely on you, the people to help me, which will make me more indebted to you, so I will strive to serve you better. This is indeed a troubling time for our nation and only together can we make sure we leave the same country we love to future generations.
